My Type on Paper Dating is committed to providing a safe environment for our events. However, we do not assume responsibility for any interactions that occur after our events. We are not liable for any of the actions or behaviors of attendees once the event has concluded.

Vetting Policy:
We do not conduct background checks or vet attendees prior to events. Participants are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and discretion when interacting with other guests.

Responsibility for Contact Information:
If attendees choose to exchange personal contact information, such as phone numbers, they do so at their own risk. My Type on Paper Dating will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from this decision.

Contacting Matches:
Attendees who leave the event before matches are made, or who fail to connect with their matches, forfeit the right to seek contact information or follow-up assistance from us.

By participating in our events, you agree to these policies. 

Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges are permitted after purchase of ticket.

We do however reserve the right to cancel events due to low numbers or other unforeseen circumstances. If we do cancel an event, you will be issued a full refund.

Photography and Film​

During our events we may take photos or film parts of an event for social media and advertising purposes. This Consent Form confirms the terms on which you agree to allow My Type on Paper to photograph or film you at the event and use such photograph(s) or footage you (‘Photograph(s)’ or ‘Film(s)’) for the purposes set out below.

You confirm that:

1. You will allow My Type on Paper, its representatives or agents to photograph or film you at the event.

2. You grant My Type on Paper permission to use the Photograph(s)/Film(s) to publicise, promote and market the Event and future events organised or hosted, in any media (including without limitation to print, internet, digital, social media and broadcast).

3. You grand My Type on Paper a licence of all rights in your participation in the Photograph(s)/Film(s) for the Permitted Purpose and waive your moral rights in relation to the Photograph(s)/Film(s) and

4. You do not object to My Type on Paper storing copies of Photograph(s)/Film(s) for as long as necessary to fulfil the Permitted Purposes or to it storing your contact details on its database in case it needs to contact you.

If you would like to opt out of any footage being taken of yourself at our events, please make us aware before the event has started so we can ensure we do not film or photograph you at the event.
